Analyst Health Practice

The Health Practice Analyst is responsible for supporting the management of Palladium's Health Practice, providing communications, administrative, and logistical assistance to a diverse portfolio of donor-funded projects and support business functions across the Practice.ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities: o    Support Palladium's Health Practice in a variety of communication, administrative, and logistics tasks. o    Manage hiring and administration of consultants; writing consultant agreements with scopes of work and payment plans; review consultant/vendor invoices for accuracy and process for payment; track contractual agreements; liaise with technical staff on vendor agreements.o    Manage weekly Health Practice meeting invitations and agenda, take and disseminate notes, and follow up on action items. o    Communicate with project directors on a regular basis about project needs; coordinate monthly management dashboards.o    Execute logistics for events by scheduling, reserving and both setting and cleaning up meeting rooms, sending out event invitations and getting guest counts, ordering and handling logistics for catering, coordinating speakers and/or guest logistics, and taking and disseminating notes.o    Support practice-wide communication through a variety of channels, including meetings, email updates, and other internal and external platforms.o    Provide direct support to projects and business development, as needed. Requirements - Job Requirements: o    Bachelor's in international development or related field.  o    At least 2 years of work experience, or equivalent education.o    Flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively with others.o    Able to work independently in a fast-paced organization by prioritizing and managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail and follow-through required.o    Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external clients.o    Fluency and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.o    Strong computer skills in Power Point, Word, and Excel.o    International field experience in developing country setting (such as Peace Corps service or equivalent) preferred.o    Second language proficiency preferred.
