The Role:

The main purpose of this role is two-fold. Firstly, to provide the ESA Programme Officers with proactive support in the smooth management of MSI grants and project.  Secondly, to ensure the smooth running of the ESA regional support team (RST) by providing a high level of administrative and logistical support to the team and the overseas partners.

Your duties will be varied and stimulating, ranging from developing donor narrative and financial reports in support of the ESA Programme Officers; supporting the ESA Programme Officers in ensuring the MSI grants database is maintained and contains all relevant and current grant documentation. You will also organise internal team meetings and events; make travel arrangements; collate and disseminate monthly report spreadsheets; assist with the production of reports and proposals; and all other administrative tasks. 

About you:

To be considered for the role you will have:

  • Strong experience in programme support, team co-ordination and administration for a large team.
  • Significant experience in working with statistical and financial data.                      
  • Proven experience in organisation of events/workshops.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Advanced Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to prioritise own workload.

Salary: £27-31k p/a depending on ability and experience.
