A. Whilst there are many different definitions of global health, a generally accepted one is that Global Health is an area for study, research, and practice that places a priority on improving health and achieving health equity for all people worldwide (Koplan et al., 2009).

Q. Do I have to be a healthcare professional to work in global health?
A. No! Global Health is a diverse and broad area of development that calls on the skills from many professionals including Economists, Lawyers, Policy Researchers, IT Specialists and the list goes on. Global Health is multidisciplinary in practice with the primary aim of achieving health equity.

Q. Do you only advertise for jobs in the UK?
A.  We are presently UK-based though we advertise job opportunities from all over the globe!
